GOAL
The primary Key performance Indicator (KPI) of these clients was to generate buyer and seller leads through Facebook, Instagram, Email, and Video ads. The goal of each client was to increase leads through lead generation within a digital suite of products called One Touch Marketing Suite.
CHALLENGE
The challenge was increasing his social proof while balancing his social profiles. Each Real Estate Agent had different levels of marketing acumen, budgets, and ability to nurture leads.
RESULTS
I was able to introduce a multi-channel digital marketing strategy, One Touch Marketing Suite, where assets were automatically created for each listing including social, SEM, landing pages, digital collateral, targeted ads, and emails. Through this program, each agent was given access to the website funnel, YouTube video, email marketing, social eCards, and virtual tours. By managing and assisting all of the agents’ Social Paid Ads, we were able to reach potential customers through remarketing, email, and video.
Upon running One Touch Marketing Suite digital assets, we were able to provide lead generation which led to :
- Created +1,000/mo. landing page funnels in 231 cities
- 25% referral traffic
- 19K 100% video views
- Social ads generated 27.5K clicks / 200K reactions
