The client an actor, working for a client in the Streaming Video business, was one of the lead actors and co-owners of the business, producing and starring in movies and TV shows.

GOAL
The primary Key performance Indicator (KPI) of this client was to generate social proof on Facebook and YouTube through month-over-month growth.
CHALLENGE
The client wanted to grow his Facebook following as well as the number of subscribers and views on his YouTube videos. In order to do this, we needed to target the upper funnel (awareness) to make people aware of his movies, tv shows, and other media. The challenge was increasing his social proof while balancing his social profiles.
RESULTS
I was able to introduce paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and YouTube through video ads. The idea was to grow the largest social media channel through engagement ads at a small cost and increase the reach of his YouTube videos to people that were not aware of his shows and movies. Both networks saw an increase of followers and subscribers, which also increased the remarketing pool that was available to market new programs. The results were an 84% increase in Facebook followers (24,000), and a 25% subscriber increase on YouTube (1500)
Upon running awareness ads, we performed the following changes:
- 28,456 Facebook Followers
- 6000 YouTube Subscribers
- $0.14 Cost Per Like
- $0.03 Cost Per Mil (Video View)
